1979 Revolution: Black Friday is about one man in the middle of a country on the verge of collapse. It is set amidst of the Iranian Revolution and uses real people, places and historical events. What makes this game stand out is that it presents a golden opportunity to experience the cultural revolution first hand.
You play as Reza Shirazi, an ambitious photojournalist who is caught up in the unfolding revolution that swept across Iran in 1978 and into 1979.
One aspect that caught my attention when I watched the trailer for the game was the role of making decisions and choices and how they will affect you later on in the game. So many titles we see nowadays have the element of choice, the choice to do something good or something bad.
